3Account Registration

To access the full features of the 205 pub Platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 205 pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

205 pub reserves the right to refuse account registration, suspend an existing account, or terminate an account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete, or where it determines that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

4Deposits & Payments

205 pub Casino accepts deposits through the following payment methods, which are available to Philippine-based players:

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified account holders. To complete the verification process, you must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address as requested by 205 pub's compliance team. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is complete.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.

7Game Rules & Fair Play

• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require 205 pub to restrict or close the account.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of an account for cause, 205 pub reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings, where such termination results from a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure by the account holder — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 205 pub informally by contacting our support team. 205 pub will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the issue. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided under Philippine law.

205 pub operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Complaints relating to the fairness of games or the conduct of 205 pub may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.

14Amendments to These Terms
